Customer Agreement 

This website/shop is handled by PrintPro DTF. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our team at PrintPro DTF and our brand. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this site to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


You understand and agree to our terms and conditions mentioned around our online shop, this agreement, and our social media accounts.


AGREEMENT CLAUSES 

1. This is a wholesale printing service and the provider of the aforementioned service is PrintPro DTF. We do not accept responsibility for MISPRINTS as a result of:
  • Image Size 
  • Image Quality 
  • Color Matches 
  • Poor print quality as a result of poor artwork.
  • Spelling errors/typographical errors on customer artwork
  • Damage in shipping
  • Rush orders 
  • Wrong size ordered 
  • Cancelation or change of date after the allowed time
  • Or Any Other Reason except an error on OUR part. 

* Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. 

2. Customers must provide print-ready artwork for all orders. These designs will be printed exactly as sent (please review clause 1 for any questions). 

3. Any files that require resizing, cropping, rotation, or any manual adjustments will have an extra charge per file. Price will be determined by the amount of designs, turn-around time, and extra factors that may affect the process of work. 

4. If, by any chance, the customer requires a refund, these are the ONLY motives that will prompt said process: 

a) We commit an error that excludes reasons mentioned on clause 1.
b) The order cannot be fulfilled in the agreed terms. 
c) If we refuse any orders by any means we see fit, and at any time as necessary.

Notice: Please, avoid demanding a refund if your misprints were caused by the mentioned reasons on clause 1. 

5. Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, he/she/they do not rely on any representation, warranty, information or document or other term not forming part of this agreement.


6. We do not guarantee that our products and services advertised on our website, shop, and social media are available. We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our website, our shop, and our social media on the day you place your order.

7. The price of our products and services may be changed by us at any time. We will never change a price so as to affect the price charged to you at the time when you buy those products and services.


8. We do not sell our products and services in all countries. We may refuse to deliver the product or service if you live in a country we do not serve. As of right now, the only country we provide for is the United States. 

9. We work with a standard turnaround time. Therefore, we require that any order cancellations and/or design changes/updates be requested within the first 2 hours of order placement. Otherwise, the process will continue as it was settled. We reserve the right to deny cancellations and/or order changes.

DISCLAIMERS 

A) The law differs from one country to another. This paragraph applies so far as the applicable law allows.
B) All implied conditions, warranties and terms are excluded from this agreement. If in any jurisdiction an implied condition, warrant or term cannot be excluded, then this sub paragraph shall be deemed to be reduced in effect, only to the extent necessary to release that specific condition, warranty or term.
C) We claim no expert knowledge in any subject. We disclaim any obligation or liability to you arising directly or indirectly from information you take from our website, social media accounts and online shop. 
D) If you become aware of any breach of any term of this agreement by any person, please tell us by emailing printprodtf@gmail.com. We welcome your input but do not guarantee to agree with your judgment.

PrintPro DTF respects the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting on the printprodtf.com website any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.

We are not liable for loss as a result of inaccuracies or incompleteness, nor for loss resulting from problems caused by or inherent to the dissemination of information through the internet, such as disruptions or interruptions. When using web forms, we strive to limit the number of required fields to a minimum. For any loss suffered as a result of the use of data, advice or ideas provided by or on behalf of PrintPro DTF via this website, we accept no liability.

While PrintPro DTF does not review the content for legal compliance, we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that we believe may infringe on the rights of a third party or violate any laws. In case the customer infringes this clause, they will have to take complete responsibility of the consequences stated by the third party affected.

This policy outlines the responsibilities and liabilities concerning the use of our Direct to Film (DTF) transfer printing services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is in compliance with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
