INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Print your design onto the matte side of the film in mirror mode. 
2. Apply your powder evenly over it and remove the excess. 
3. Set the shaker to 300-315°F for 1 minute (or using the setting that works best for you). 
4. Heat press for 5 seconds with medium pressure at 300-310°F. 
5. Remove the film, let it cool, put the film over your print once again, press for 5 more seconds and it is done!
